Move your butt month is all about getting moving and raising funds for bowel cancer. We are running a 21-Day online Pilates Challenge to help raise funds and awareness.

You choose a donation amount, then enjoy unlimited access to the 21-Day Challenge to kick your butt into gear!

Mat Pilates is perfect for beginners because you only need your own body, a mat, and some floor space to start.
